Controller
W T Property Company Limited ("we", "us", or "the Controller") is the controller responsible for the PopBlast Android game (the "App") covered by this policy. This policy applies to the current Android release.
Summary of the Current Release
The current release is designed to work locally on your device. It does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data with us, service providers, advertising networks, analytics providers, crash-reporting providers, or other third parties.
It has no account or login system, location feature, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, cloud storage, networking, Google Play Services SDK, or third-party data-sharing integration.
Local Storage
The App uses the shared_preferences software component to store game settings, high scores, and game progress locally on your device. These game records are not sent to the Controller. The App does not use this local storage to create an online profile or identify you.
You can remove locally stored game records by clearing the App's data in your Android device settings or by uninstalling the App. The Android operating system or a device backup service controlled by you may retain or restore app data according to your device and backup settings. We do not control such device or platform backups.
Information We Do Not Collect
For the current release, we do not collect names, email addresses, account credentials, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera content, payment information, advertising identifiers, device IDs, online identifiers, browsing history, or gameplay information on our systems.
We do not use cookies. Because the current release has no networking or third-party data-sharing integration, there is no current transfer of App data to the Controller or a third party.
Your Privacy Rights
Since the current release does not send personal data to us, we do not maintain a Controller-side personal-data database for App use. This statement does not cover the separate email correspondence channel described below.
If you voluntarily email us, we collect and use the email address and other details you choose to include only to authenticate, handle, and respond to your request. The legal basis for this limited correspondence processing is your request, your consent expressed by sending the email, or another lawful basis permitted by applicable law. We do not use correspondence for advertising or unrelated purposes. We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, resolve follow-up issues, and meet legal obligations, then delete it when no longer needed, subject to lawful retention requirements.
The App itself remains local-only. When you choose to email us, however, you supply information through a separate communication channel. Transmission and storage of that correspondence may be handled by your email service provider and the Controller's email service provider, potentially in other countries or regions, under the providers' applicable policies and law. We do not identify or endorse a particular email provider in this policy.
Depending on applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to and a copy of personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data, withdrawal of consent, restriction of processing, and objection to decisions based solely on automated processing or profiling. You may obtain your personal data in a commonly used electronic form and transmit it to another controller where legally and technically applicable. You may also seek a remedy or compensation where provided by law.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. These rights are subject to lawful exceptions and limitations.
Children's Privacy
The current release does not request an account, contact information, or other personal data from children and does not knowingly collect children's personal data on our systems. Parents or lawful guardians should supervise use of the App and may contact us at byronitrans@gmail.com if they believe a child has sent personal information to us through the separate email channel.
That email correspondence is handled under the limited correspondence terms above, and we will take appropriate steps required by applicable law. If a future feature processes a child's personal data, we will provide required notices and obtain verified parent or guardian consent before that feature processes the child's personal data.
Security
The App stores its game data locally using the Android application storage environment and does not transmit that data in the current release. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for reviewing device backup settings.
Information voluntarily sent to our contact address may be stored or transmitted by the email service providers described above, and no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Future Features and Changes to Data Handling
The statements above describe only the current release. We will not enable accounts, login, cloud storage, networking, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, location, identifiers, or a third-party SDK that processes personal data without first updating this policy to explain the categories, purposes, legal basis, recipients, retention, transfers, and user rights involved.
Before enabling any such feature, we will obtain consent or another lawful basis where required, provide any required notice, and update the applicable Google Play Data Safety disclosures. A future feature is not active merely because it is described here or in development materials.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the App or applicable law changes. The revised policy will state a new effective date and will be made available with the App or through the location where this policy is published.
Material changes to data processing will be disclosed before the related feature is enabled, and any consent required by law will be obtained at that time.
